The advantages provided by radio tags (RFID, Radio Frequency Identification or RFID) in other sectors of industry and commerce are well known. Labels for marble blocks, granite or other natural stones

The identification of natural stone blocks, coupled with the mobility and ease of transmitting information that provides IDStone Mobile, provides the following advantages and benefits:

Considering that the blocks are the essential raw material to start the process of the production in the plant or factory, we understand the importance of having reliable information about the stock of the blocks at any time, anywhere and regardless of whether the block is in our warehouse, in a quarry in another country, or being transported by sea.

We offer two different approaches to identify blocks:

- Labels for natural stone blocks placed by physical anchor.
- Labels with high strength adhesive for marble or granite blocks.

Either of the two systems has proven useful to our customers and in both cases the time of placement of the label is less than the time spent with the traditional method of marking with spray paint.

Labels for marble slabs, granite or other natural stones

For an optimum traceability block – slab, identifying each of the slabs obtained by sawing in the gangsaw is an essential process. Whether you want slabs identification by package or to identify slab by slab, we have the solution.

The benefits of identification are obvious:

- Reliable information about slabs stock.

We offer three different systems for identifying tables:

- Adhesive labels for marble or granite slabs to apply on the edge.
- Adhesive RFID labels for marble or granite slabs to apply on the edge.
- Adhesive labels for natural stone slabs to apply on the surface.

The labels applied on the edge of the marble or granite slabs represent a significant advance in the natural stone industry. Developed and patented by our R & D, the labels are applied just after the block has been cut in the gangsaw and they perfectly fit to the irregular surface of the slab edge that is still wet. The labels have been designed to withstand all the production plan processes: the resin of the operations of reinforcement, the temperature of the flue curing ovens or the process of polishing, for example. IDStone labels provide the following advantages over other labeling system for slabs of marble, granite or other natural stone:

- Identification of each slab from each block.
- Identification of the slab at the beginning of the process.
- Identification of the slabs packages purchased without needing to separate table to table.

Labels for marble tiles, granite or other natural stones

Our range of labels for the natural stone industry also allows you to identify other smaller formats such as tiles, etc. Generally IDStone® labels are also valid for labeling these small materials regardless of the packaging system to be used: drawers, strapping pallets, shrink pallets, and so on.
